Ok, so here it is…Microsoft paid a whopping $250mln for a meagre 1.some% stake in Facebook. Yep, Facebook’s valuation, $15 “with a capital B” Billion. I know I’ve had quite an obsession with Facebook since I’ve written about it on the blog a lot. But $15 billion! Sure, it rolls off the tongue pretty easily, but when I pause to think about it….it is a heckuva lotta money!
Another post at Techcrunch, lists Facebook as the 5th most valuable internet company in the world. Am I surprised? It is almost November. It is close to 90 degrees outside. Half the state is on fire. No, I’m not surprised.
